The Environment Protection Agency- Sierra Leone was established by the EPA Act of 2022 for the effective protection of the environment and other related matters.
The Agency generates funds from Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) licenses fees paid by companies, and intends to spend part of its funds to construct a sub Office in Bo for its monitoring activities in the country.
EPA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who can demonstrate the technical and financial capabilities for the procurement of the under mentioned works.

1. Detailed description and technical specifications of the construction are attached in the bidding schedule of requirement.
2.Bidding is open to all National suppliers who can demonstrate eligibility and capability to undertake the construction of an office infrastructure.
3.Bidders are encouraged to visit the sites independently. Further Information in this regard and inspect the bidding document can be obtained from the head of procurement Environment Protection Agency between 38 Freetown Road, Wilberforce Village Freetown 9:00 – 16:00 hours Mondays-Fridays except on Public holidays.
A complete set of the Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nle1,000.00 (One Thousand New Leones). All payment for bidding document must be paid to any of the National Public Procurement Authority (NPPA) sales bidding Bank Account: The pay-in slip must be submitted at the Senior Admin Officer 2nd Floor Board Room before a bidding document is issued to the bidder.

All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Form/Price Schedule
- Bid Security of [Nle 315,656.00] from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- Company’s Profile
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A valid City Council Certificate
- Ministry of Works Certificate (Minimum Class 1 & 2)
- Completion Certificates for previous works done for at least 3 major projects
- A signed Integrity Pact;
- 12- month Defects Liability Period
Bids will be publicly opened on 20th May, 2025 at 12:05 P.M., in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
