Environment Protection Agency generates its funds from Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) license fees paid by companies and intends to spend part of its funds to supply and delivery of various ICT & office Equipment, Office Furniture, Catering Services, Printing Services, Office Stationery, Sundry Items, Foods Stuff, Air Conditioner Services and Generator Services for its office use.  EPA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the under mentioned.

1. Detailed description and technical specifications of items in each lots are attached in the bidding schedule of requirement.
2. Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate eligibility and capability to undertake the supply and delivery of items in each lot as indicated in the schedule of requirement.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at Environment Protection Agency 38 Freetown road, Wilberforce Village Freetown, Sierra Leone between 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. room Monday to Friday except on public holidays.

A Bidding documents may be purchased for each lot upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nle1,000.00 (One Thousand New Leones). All payment for bidding documents must be paid to any of the National Public Procurement Authority (NPPA) sales bidding Bank Account: The pay-in slip must be submitted at the Senior Admin Officer 2^nd Floor Board Room before a bidding document is issued to the bidder.

Submission deadline is 11:00 am Local Time on Thursday, 15^th January 2026. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00 am Local Time on Thursday, 15^th January 2026

All bids must be accompanied by:

• A valid Business registration certificate
• A valid tax clearance certificate.
• A valid NASSIT clearance certificate.
• A valid city council certificate
• A valid NPPA Supplier registration certificate
• A Complete and signed bid form
• A sample of similar supply or work undertaken
• A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]

Bids will be publicly opened on 15^th January 2026 at 11:05 am, in the presence of the bidders’ or designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.  Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
